Passwords must meet the following criteria:
  • Must be between 8 and 15 characters in length
  • Must contain both numbers and letters
  • Cannot be the same as your property name, management company name, user name, property id, or management id
  • Cannot be the same as any of your passwords that you have used in the last 12 times
Note that the password is case sensitive
